Court Rules Ex-Bukedde Tv Presenter Be Paid Shs550,000 Weekly

Ex Bukedde Tv presenter, Sharitah Mutaawe seperated with her husband, Richard Kiwanuka whom she had been married to for five years.

The couple seperated last month with Kiwanuka leaving their marital home in Kyanja and relocating to his late father’s house in Mutundwe.

Sharitah rushed to Nakawa court immediately, seeking it to compel Kiwanuka to be providing for his family. Court has indeed made a ruling on the matter.

According to the court’s ruling, Sharitah is to remain with their two children, though, Kiwanuka was ordered to be remitting Shs550,000 on a weekly basis to Sharitah. The money is meant for providing for the house needs.

On top of this, he was ordered to be paying school fees for his two children at the schools of their choice. He was allowed to be visiting his children at least not more than twice a month and Court also ruled that the land title on which their house in Kyanja seats should remain in the names of their children until when they are 18 years.

This comes at a time when all employees at Mutawe’s workplace, Super fm, were fired. It also comes at a time when she is in plans of quitting her other employer, Delta Tv over salary related matters.
But who needs a job when you are receiving Shs 550,000 a week?!
