Ligue 1 predictions: Friday night accumulator from France

NEYMAR CELEBRATING A GOAL IN THE PAST GAME

AGENCIES:We’ve got Ligue 1 predictions from Friday night’s final round of fixtures and are hoping to land a 9/1 accumulator with these selections.

PSG again powered to title glory in France’s top flight this term, but there is still plenty left to play for elsewhere in this exciting division.

Amiens to beat Guingamp @ 11/25

Christophe Pelissier’s side must win their closing game to be sure of staying up, but that should be within their compass against already-relegated Guingamp. Amiens beat the basement dwellers 2-1 away in early December, while they prevailed 3-1 when these teams met here last term. The hosts went down 2-0 at Monaco last week but had lost just one of their previous 11 matches, so they should still be feeling confident.

PSG to win at Reims @ 9/20

The runaway champions hit a flat spot last month, winning only once in six Ligue 1 fixtures and bowing out of the French Cup on penalties, but appear to have got a second wind with the finishing line in sight. After a 2-1 success at Angers, last week’s 4-0 demolition of Dijon was right out of the top drawer, with Angel Di Maria and Edinson Cavani putting PSG in control before Kylian Mbappe cashed in with a double.

Nice and Monaco to draw @ 12/5

Last season’s runners-up Monaco have had a campaign to forget but are almost safe from the threat of relegation and only need a draw to make sure of staying up when visiting neighbours Nice. The hosts can no longer qualify for Europe next season after a 3-0 defeat at St Etienne left them in eighth place, but Patrick Vieira will be keen to finish off on a better note and his side have only lost one of their last 13 home games in France’s top flight.

Caen to beat Bordeaux @ 2/5

The Normandy outfit need help from elsewhere if they are to avoid the relegation play-offs but can at least do their bit by beating Bordeaux. Caen had won three out of four prior to last week’s loss at Lyon and have a good recent record against their next opponents, beating them twice last term and drawing in November’s away clash. Les Girondins have faded badly in the final stages of the campaign, suffering six straight defeats, and are worth taking on again in our Ligue 1 predictions.
