Female musician, Jackie Chandiru has finally completed her rehabilitation.
Once in intensive care unit and at one time reported dead over drug abuse, the ‘Gold Digger’ hitmaker is now back on her feet.
She has been discharged from a rehab in Lubaga, where she has been undergoing rehabilitation for the last three month.
Following her discharge from Mulago hospital early this year, she was referred to Bunamwaya rehabilitation center where she spent close to a month before she was discharged.
From Bunamwaya she was further referred to a rehab center in Lubaga, where she has been undergoing treatment.
Here, she has been undergoing counselling on how to handle her skin that was damaged by drug injections.
Chandiru decided to drown herself in a cocktail of drugs after she lost her marriage with her newly wedded white man, Nol Van Vliet. The couple had not spent more than two months together when rumour of their split was spread around the city like wild fire.
