KAMPALA: National Water and Sewerage Corporation – NWSC MD Dr. Eng Silver Mugisha has coached team leaders on the ‘next utility management principles’ for excellent service delivery in Uganda.
This is in a bid to improve service quality across all our areas of operation.
“We cannot use the skills and knowledge of yesterday to solve the emerging customer concerns of today. We need to unlearn and acquire new skills for improved service quality.”
“To do this, we must speak the same service language, drive in the same service vehicle, and subsequently arrive at the same location, with the same purpose of delighting our customers,” he noted.
The coaching and mentoring sessions will greatly improve service quality, improve customer service and subsequently deliver customer delight to the Corporation’s valued customers.
