KAMPALA: National Water and Sewerage Corporation – NWSC, a Government body that operates and provides water and sewerage services in areas entrusted to it on a sound commercial and financially viable basis has commenced laying a 20km water mains extension from the new Nsumba tanks to serve Katosi landing site, Kisoga Town and the surrounding areas.
“This is part of ongoing works to improve access to clean water in Kampala Metropolitan Service Area.”
On the other part, they encouraged their customers to always conserve water while at home which will in turn reduce their water bills.
“Small actions can make a big difference! Turn off the tap while brushing your teeth, fix any leaks promptly, and consider using a bucket instead of a hose when washing your car. Together, we can preserve this precious resource for future generations!”
