NWSC Recognized as Best Digital Customer Service for Utilities

KAMPALA: National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) brought home the Best Utilities and Government Digital Excellence Award and the Best Customer Service Award respectively after the utility was recognized for its dedicated service through digital channels and excellent 24/7 real-time customer service, during the 10th Digital Impact Awards Africa.

The Digital Impact Awards Africa happens to be a platform that promotes Digital inclusion, financial inclusion and Cybersecurity under the theme “Maximizing the Digital Dividend”. The Awards seek to recognize and appreciate different organizations that are spearheading the use of digital media in this respect.

NWSC’s win was/is dedicated to all NWSC staff who are committed and resilient as the corporation work towards 100% water for all for a Delighted Customer, By a Delighted Workforce.
