Stephen Waako, a Kigulu South NRM flag-bearer aspirant has been declared dead according to James Mubi the Police spokesperson in Busoga Region.
Hon. Stephen Waako who has been the diocesan lands and estates officer has passed on this morning after being involved in a fatal accident in Kakira.
Additionally, Kigulu south primaries have been postponed following the tragic death of one aspirant.
