KAMPALA: The late Joshua Nteyireho Ruhegyera in a Whatsapp chat, before he was gunned down last night along Enterbbe Express Highway, said unknown people had been following his during some nights.
“Some people follow my car some nights. I had a soldier but he went to his village,” he wrote, to which his friend said replied, “‘Aint you armed?”
