The widow of slain city businessman Eriya Bugembe Sebunya, also known as Kasiwukira who was recently acquitted of murder charges in the high court in Kampala has been re-arrested.
Ms Sarah Nabikolo was on Wednesday arrested at Busia border as she tried to leave the country.
According to a police source that did not want to be named because he’s not authorized to speak to the media, Ms Nabikolo was using different names on her passport.
“She said she was going to Mombasa for business,” the source said.
Her arrest comes just days after the director of public prosecutions (DPP) appealed against her acquittal.
