A giant supermarket has today opened at Kingdom Kampala Mall. The Chinese owned supermarket is called Shopping Union.
While commissioning the supermarket, businessman also owner of the mall, Dr Sudhir Ruparelia commended the Ugandan government for its continued support towards foreign investors by offering a conducive environment to do their business.
The property mogul said the new venture will serve all people in the country and its coming to Kingdom Kampala is a big achievement in terms of attracting more businesses on building.
Chen Xido Zu said the facility will serve all people in Uganda, not just the Chinese community.
She added that Shopping Union’s main focus is on offering quality services to all kinds of people at affordable prices.
Kingdom Kampala Mall has become a magnet for reputable businesses.
Last month, Sekanyolya Systems Ltd also officially opened its new branch at the mall. The company specializes in the design and execution of complete turnkey Technical solutions ranging from Fire, Security and Access Control Systems.
The mall houses restaurants, shops, boutiques just to mention but a few, which have made the place a cool lifestyle shopping centre in the less crowded part of Kampala.
Kingdom Kampala is located between three main roads; Nile Avenue, Yusuf Lule Road and Dewinton Road to the northeast of Central Business District of Kampala.
