The former Forum for Democratic Change presidential candidate, Dr Kizza Besigye, on Sunday lauded former Ugandan president Idi Amin, saying his eight-year leadership was more developmental than President Museveni’s 30-year reign
“Although he was not highly educated, he left tangible things some of which have been destroyed by this government. He bought houses for all our embassies in Europe and America which have been sold by this government,” Dr Besigye said.
He was speaking at a duwa prayers organized for the late Yasin Isiko, 34, at Iyirimbi village, Mazuba Sub-county in Namutumba District.
