KABALE: Residents of Chapa cell, Kitumba sub county Kabale district were today morning left in a shock as human waste (faeces) were disposed at and smeared at the door of a shop of businessman Juliet aka Kyakumumpa.

Residents say that, the person behind bad act might be a woman, according to the hand writing in the letter accusing Juliet of having many customers while others are not getting the clients yet they all pay rent and licence fees.
