NRM EALA Primary Election that nearly ended in fist-fights yesterday at at the State House Entebbe has been concluded this evening with Six out of several contestants being nominated to run for the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) on NRM ticket .
The ruling party polls that started today afternoon closed shortly after 6:00pm on Wednesday at the Statehouse in Entebbe and the results are as follows. Musamali Paul 157, Rose Akol 139, Mathias Kasamba 119, Stephen Odongo 119, Mary Mugyenyi 115, Denis Namara 114.
These six will face off with other Candidates nominated from other Parties in the final election to be carried on soon at Parliament.
