“Unlike the past festivals, #KampalaCityFestival 2016 will present an unprecedented experience,” KCCA tweeted Wednesday.

It wasn’t long before KCCA finally revealed this before the revealed what they had lined up for the upcoming carnival.

They have lined up motor racing as part of this year’s carnival. “Today we are unveiling the best of the best in Motor Sport to showcase at #KampalaCityFestival. We will have 2 rally events; the first will be on 1 October and a showcase on 2 October 2016.”

Some of the people at the unveiling including renowned rally drivers and Vivo Uganda MD, Hans Paulsen.

However, those present appear to have been on a punishment from KCCA Executive Director, Jenifer Musisi.

Drivers including Ronald Sebuguzi could be seen itching in agony whenever Musisi turned her back on him. And he wasn’t alone but almost those who were around the ED. She was dressed in a hot red dress that brought out all her curves. No wonder the center of attention had completely shifted to her bosom by the end of the unveiling.

The kampala Festival is scheduled October and a showcase on 2 October 2016.
