Multi-talented and controversial Dancehall artiste Ziza Bafana, this week, said that he will buy 50 tickets and one VVIP table for the “Life of Bebe Cool” concert slated for 5th August at the Kampala Serena Hotel.
The Pomini singer whose own preparations for the much anticipated “Agende Tuli Majje” concert happening this weekend – 30th July at Freedom City are in very high gear revealed this during a meeting at his rehearsals’ base in Namuwongo, Kampala. He noted that his purchase of these tickets will be a gesture of both respect for Bebe Cool and also evidence that the younger artistes are doing well.
“I am buying 50 tickets to be given out freely to fans. Additionally, together with my team, we are attending Life of Bebe Cool concert and shall purchase a VVIP table.” Ziza Bafana said, adding; “I respect the likes of Bebe Cool because they have achieved a lot. It is time to also prove to the older guys that even though we are younger artistes, we are doing well. The fans love our music and are paying us for it. 50 tickets and a VVIP table is what I am purchasing.”
This revelation looked like Ziza Bafana’s continued and deliberate ‘issue of utterances’ about Bebe Cool and other older artistes. However, this time round, there was no negativity but more chest thumping.
To walk this talk, the Akalulu singer must cough at-least UGX 10 million as the VVIP table goes for UGX 5 million while each ticket is UGX 100,000.
