Top Opposition leader Dr Kizza Besigye today caught security operatives off-guard and jetted back into the country without their knowledge.
Dr Besigye arrived at Entebbe Airpot in the early hours of the morning aboard a KQ flight,with security operatives unaware that he would be arriving today. Security only got to know that he had arrived after social media accounts allied to the Opposition leader broke the news.
He was welcomed at Entebbe Aiport by FDC activist Moses Byaruhanga and activist Moses Owor Kibang.
Dr Besigye who has been in the United States DC Washington on unknown mission first stopped in Manchester in the UK to witness his wife Winnie Byanyima receive an honorary degree awarded by the University of Manchester as part of its Foundation Day celebrations.
